1. Born on 27th August, 856 AD in Iran, Dr Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Zakariyya al-Razi, one of the greatest physicians of the Medieval Age, wrote over 200 books on medicine, philosophy, theology, maths, astronomy & alchemy.
He was one of the world's first great medical experts.
