@October292022 @HilzFuld The family is being very private and may not know the true nature of what that group did to target them. It’s their prerogative to grieve in their own way. We are willing to meet with them if they want to know more detail. Only they can push the DA to properly charge this.

This and other evidence shown in court firmly debunks Alnaji’s atty “irrefutable” assertion assuming Kessler was holding the Israeli flag at the time of the attack.

Paul Kessler was NOT Holding The 🇮🇱 Flag at the time of the incident resulting in his death. It going down is the EMT coming to Kessler’s aid. Footage proves it and shows Loay Alnaji seemingly admitting to hitting Kessler, EMT says HE was holding the flag at the faithful moment

As stated in the opening, the Judge agreed with the prosecution. Loay Alnaji will stand trial for causing Paul Kessler’s death. Q: Will charges or coconspirators be added?

Note: Alnaji was 19 years younger, several inches taller and nearly twice the weight of Kessler.

The DDA closed there’s ample evidence showing Loay Alnaji committed the crimes. Alnaji’s atty Ron Bamieh closed with the false theory that Paul Kessler fell after Alnaji was several feet away, when the Israeli flag fell. Kessler passed the flag moments before. 👇

After short blackness, Kessler’s phone shows quick image (ground?), you can hear a woman yell ~“oh my God”. Tech zoomed in on Mshaiel’s sun glasses to show Kessler left hand holding phone at his chest ~shoulder high, not out in a threatening way, not holding a flag. 👇

Nashat Mshaiel (yelling) lunges toward Kessler, a woman (with I ❤️ Gaza shirt) faces Mshaiel and pushes him back from Kessler, Loay Alnaji comes around to Kessler’s front left Megaphone to Kessler’s face yells something (couldn’t tell what), Kessler’s phone goes black 👇

Next comes 2 more (females) from opposition, the EMT (aiding Kessler later on ground), his wife, later Loay Alnaji (Megaphone in right hand) escorted by Nashat Mshaiel arrives. Kessler’s phone then shows he turns to them saying ~ stop killing/hiding behind babies 👇

Video tech testified putting video from Kessler’s phone on a common timeline with that from the Shell station. First Kessler does a 360 degree selfie showing he was the first one on that corner. Nex the man later heard chanting “… Hitler should have smashed you” 👇

DNA technician testified Paul Kessler’s blood was found on 2 quadrants of the rubber bell area of the Megaphone. Odds are 1 in 8 quintillion amongst caucasians. Paul Kessler’s blood is confirmed to be on the striking surface of the Megaphone.

ME’s conclusion: Blunt force to Paul Kessler’s face by Megaphone caused his fall, fall caused blunt force trauma, fracture to skull, brain trauma... and resulted in Paul Kessler’s death.

Detective at home of Mamdouh Elalami 11/10/23 where’s the Megaphone? In my car this whole time. Detectives gave him 2 options, hand it over or they will get a warrant to search his home. It was handed over and entered into evidence. Red/ brown substance noted on it.
