So glad I picked up a modded FDS drive, I had a disk of Castlevania that had been overwritten (with Ice Hockey, of all things) and was able to fix my disk using the translated game!

@KennyLauderdal3 There's an anime plot right there. Ancient eldritch god gets summoned expecting to do mayhem but ends up hunting lost media artifacts. Plot twists he/she/it ends up liking it but won't admit it

@Bhaal_Spawn The improvements in game technology of the first 23 years seems amazing compared to the last 23, but progress was still made in other subtle ways (NPC AI, level design, gameplay, etc)
