🔧 Remove the antenna from your iQ. Reattach the antenna and ensure a strong connection.
❇️ Press the reset button on the top of the camera for 10 seconds for a hard reset.
@martinjhowlett Hello thank you for reaching out! You can access all the videos on your 522GW by heading to the dashcam section on the app. Press and hold the video you would like to download to select it. When selected, you will see a download arrow icon. Tap this to confirm your download 🙂

@wright_vw_uk Hello, we had a new camera released this year in 2025, it's called the Piqo. We also had a Smart Dashcam come out at the end of 2023, I'm sorry you weren't aware of these. Let us know if we can assist you further!

@roy_scorer Hi Roy 👋 Does the issue happen when removing all accessories? Unplug your rear camera, remove the SD card, and press the reset button (small grey circle button on the bottom of the camera). Does it come on for you without the fuzzy screen? DM us with your results 🙌
