1. No deputation upto SAG in other OGASs so why in #CAPF.

2. Similar SR for all, including #CAPFs.

3. RPF implemented OGAS amending SR. Why CAPFs denied ?

4. If CAPFs are no different from other OGAS, why #IPS should come on deputation?

Recruitment Rules are not sacrosanct. CRPF RR-2001 was amended in 2010 and residency period for promotion from Second-in-Command to Commandant has been increased from 2 yrs to 5 yrs.
As per DoPT OMs same can be amended to make it OGAS compliant.
