@MultiChoiceGRP and @DStv are scamming people. Imagine being disconnected after opting for the debit order option; they do not debit your account, then later you are told you need to pay a reconnection fee. You are capitalising and taking advantage of people, ngeke phela.

@NCRegulator I sincerely hope that you notice the comments people share about @DebtBusters_IDM. We have been misled, and trust has been compromised. They exploit people's circumstances, leaving them in even greater debt. This must be stopped.

@DebtBusters_IDM @NCRegulator It seems unnecessary to send you a direct message with my details, as I doubt any further action will be taken. I have been awaiting my refund since October 31st, 2023. How would a direct message expedite the process? Despite receiving calls and emails assuring me of a refund.
