This is Ps @fnoluga advising the Chair CRA to add monies to DORA amounting to 8.9B equivalent to 9B inorder for counties to pay UHC staff PnP salaries in perpetuity.

The SRC rates salaries for UHC staff are to be backdated effective 1st September 2025.
