The ECN and SWAPO find themselves caught in a perfect storm of chaos and political miscalculation:
1.Polling day was a catastrophic failure—a disaster so blatant that political parties, observers, and even the President couldn’t deny it.
2.Their desperate attempt to “fix” the mess only deepened the crisis, relying on illegal maneuvers that introduced bias in polling station selection and caused even more delays.

The Dilemma:
Announcing the results would be walking into a legal inferno. The courts, armed with irrefutable evidence, would almost certainly nullify the election.

But what’s the alternative? A runoff. A desperate gambit to save face while clinging to the poisoned chalice of parliamentary seats. SWAPO knows the truth—whether through nullification or a runoff, their fate is sealed. Yet, they might gamble on the runoff, throwing everything they have—money, influence, and dirty tricks—to block an Itula victory.

Make no mistake: SWAPO is cornered. The walls are closing in, and no matter which way they turn, the will of the Namibian people will thunder through. The reckoning is here.
