@PioneerPaperTrl I have found a great way to have 4 years of unique talks is to follow the Come Follow Me lessons, with minor variations based on the needs of the unit. It also encourages study for CFM making Sunday School more meaningful for most.

You could even make it your unofficial calling off being the greeter each Sunday. That way you'll feel loved and so will others.
