They are alleging other marks on the ballot should invalidate these votes.
The outstanding affidavit ballot the GOP is seeking to add comes after both commissioners ruled it out approximately 3+ weeks ago because the woman is registered in the 3rd District.

It appears the Mr. Voccio is going Court to try and remove three valid votes (already counted in Kennedy’s column). On each of these, the circle indicating a vote for Kennedy was filled in properly. 1/2

@BeeBKNY @SenGillibrand Murphy ages out of his seat at the end of the year, and was filled by the winner of this past election. We ran and endorsed Mike Benedict for county judge he had an incredible background and years of criminal experience. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful in this race.
