@Gatwick_Airport sort yourselves out! Going out and coming back to our holiday to Crete and both times loaded on to a packed plane to be sat on the tarmac for 2 hours each way! It’s shocking and a shambles!

@British_Airways shocking treatment of passengers right now at Heathrow Terminal 5! My son and his girlfriend have been there for 2 hours and have been advised their luggage will be 3-4 hours and to fill in a lost luggage report and leave! Absolute shambles!!
