@British_Airways hi, I've run a poll on a Facebook BA Gold Club forum. Out of 149 responses so far 111 can not view their account in the app, only 13 can. Is there any update?

@simonrim was booked in for @thescenedubai in the next few weeks but got an email the other to say it's closed for refurbishment 😢. Any other recommendations??

@momjustasking @British_Airways yes. Have you got a claim ref? Try option 1 then 1. If it says busy and hangs up try again later - once you get in a queue someone will eventually answer.

@reayz @EE @ItsJamesPowers I've just upgraded move via the chat option in MyEE/ upgrades. As stated you can only upgrade to equal or greater cost and have to trade in your current phone. I think the prices are the same as per new contracts.

@BillyMillwall just used it myself. Green and "Ready to travel" in the app but unverified when trying to book in online. The systems obviously don't talk to each other. Not too bad if there is a separate queue at the airport but I'd like to choose where I want to sit on the plane myself!

@SkyHelpTeam hi, it doesn't say that there's a problem because your line checker only checks download speed and not upload speed
