@British_Airways always issues. Booked air/hotel. Called hotel to ask ?; they can't find reservation (by name, or confirm #) call BA irish #, US #, Silver EC # can't help nor can transfer. Had 1 hang up on me, 1 tells me to fly another airline, still don't have correct res # NICE

She is again told to leave ambulance side of A&E. Desperate woman sits in waiting room with no information. Wife disappears after an hour or so, never see her again.

@svuh home after an all nighter in A&E. 1 episode, woman desperate trying to get husband having a psychiatric episode help. Waiting 9 hours wife goes to try to talk to someone as husband getting worse. Man hopping on one foot, holds man in seat while wife seeking help.

Wife finds nurse on ambulance side of A&E and she tells wife to stay away, but nurse goes to man. Wife kept at a distance. Wife breaks down, nurse talks to man, takes him back 'behind' the door. Wife left in waiting room given no information...

@svuh I think everyone sitting in A&E has gone through all the stages of grief, acceptance provides a zombie look that combines pain, illness, and lack of care all wrapped up in what I can assume prisoners look like when first locked up. @rtenews @rteliveline @VirginMediaNews

@svuh sitting in A&E and when poor nurses walk out to call for next patients they are swarmed by people waiting for hours. One lady since 16:00. Some need meds because sitting here for hours with no one checking on anyone.

@svuh sitting in A&E tweeting phone about to go dead, but hey, I could pay to charge it..Guess when I ran out of the house to drive from Co Wexford I didn't pack a bag to go away for 3 days.

@svuh sitting in A&E; 5 to 12 hour wait to get stiches for a 16 year old in head (bike fall). Asked stable enough to go home and see urgent care later. Was told, can't say by nurse. But if you want to leave its your choice. Pain meds forgotten. Why no 24 hour minor care clinics??

@British_Airways And on the 7th day, after spending €'s calling UK number many times, waiting on hold 20 mins; I talked to a HUMAN who confirmed bag location. @TheTileApp had is right. My bag arrived in Ireland yesterday and at my door 12 hrs later. Why the hassle?? 7 DAYS!

@British_Airways Day 6 don't be a Scrooge and steal the Christmas spirit by not delivering my missing luggage.
@TheTileApp updates often that my bag is still at Terminal 5 but no word from BA.

No email, phone call, or website update. Why steal the joy??

Like a naughty Elf on the Shelf my bag is wondering around Heathrow Terminal 5 and BA can't catch it..

Why is there no human to talk to about luggage and there is a @TheTileApp tracker on the bag. See below.

I'm the Grinch because I can't talk to anyone about my lost luggage when I know where it is because of my Tile tracker @TheTileApp and now get email that BA can't locate my bag. No calls, website updates. tweets seem to get a response.

Like Rudolph and his red nose, Tile located both bags;are they still at LHR?

One tracker says yes 45 mins ago, other updated 20 hours ago; delayed luggage site has one of the bags is in DUB.

A human might be able to tell me. Anyone want to help?

Would be nice to give my family their presents...but they are somewhere between London and Dublin...
