@rbcinsurance we bought insurance through you pre-COVID. We have 2 kids with CF (serious respiratory disease). We want to cancel flights to ON b/c of the number of COVID cases there and you say we can’t unless there is a travel ban? We can’t risk our kids’ health. Not impressed!
