@HMRCcustomers I was hoping not to have to waste any more of my time and energy on this - but sadly after trying unsuccessfully to obtain the tax I'm owed for over 6 months it looks like a formal complaint is my only option. I guess the complaints proceds will be unnecessarily protracted too.
