@thedanjames91 @TalkTalk I couldn’t even get them to raise a complaint total utter waste of time, zero customer service, over 2 hrs on 1 call, passed back and too, 5 times, last time on hold 56 mins for them to put the phone down, utter disgrace, wasn’t even in contract with them any longer total joke.

56 minutes after being transferred for the 5th time, being passed from dept to dept @TalkTalk no one is helping, just being talked over, they have now put the phone down, over 2 hrs in total, the worst customer service ever!

What an absolute joke you are @TalkTalk so far I have been on the phone for 1hr 45 with no resolution trying to charge me for something I haven’t had, unable to make a compliant, utter rubbish
