@Eskom_SA absolutely horrified Eskom, I’ve been promised a technician would come out to replace my CIU since yesterday - only to be be told now that Eskom doesn’t promise that they will restore my electricity at all, and that I should stop calling the contact centre.

@Eskom_SA logged an issue at 8:30 this morning, I have spoken to 7 different people all who have said the technician will come today, I have had 2 call centre agents drop the line on, been promised 3 times someone will call me back, nothing.
