@Qantas your customer service is so unbelievably rude and inept. I’ve never had worst phone customer service than from Vera today. Patronising and rude. Totally checked out and wouldn’t help at all. Disgusting.
@TyChapman___ Great advice you did this with me once before we were plus; and we ended up using Monster Upsells on about a dozen installs after that. However I just waited for well over an hour on support with no response (on a PLUS store).
If you want rude support hit up @CrazyDomains - Almost a month since registered a domain and still not able to change nameservers. No response to ticket in over a week. Avoid.
@FitnessFirstAU making it as difficult as possible to cancel a membership?! Your website says speak to the club. The club refuses to and wants me to call a number instead? Just cancel it and stop charging me?!
@CrazyDomains just billed me after automatically adding a free product to my cart. Surely @acccgovau needs to look into auto renewing products being automatically added to carts for purchasers. Deceptive and disgusting practice.
Strange customer service by @LEGO_Group - We are regular purchasers and ordered on 29th April; yet to ship. No replies to any support messages? Yet express orders arrived in 2 days.
@theracv@theracv No problems, completely understand during the circumstances. On fourth call i was assisted by 'Connor' - who was excellent. A suggestion would be to have a claims call back service - especially during these events. Thanks anyway
