The NA role will not be taking over the Nursing role as many misinformed will believe (we will never work in that capacity), it was also introduced to allow progression routes into nursing for those unable

Today I raised in Parliament the remarkable contribution made by NA during the pandemic, pleading for greater investment in recruitment and training for NAβs who increasingly are seeking to join RN courses. NA is a hugely successful initiative. I remain committed to its future.

Take a little notebook you can keep in your pocket when you are at work or on placements, this will help you keep track of important information etc. I'm happy for you to message me π
