These releases aren't coming from engineering, because the engineering doesn't work, this is coming from Elon and a marketing group. I worked on satellite cooling in grad school, the fundamental physics here do not jive. You'd need to invent some type of new cooler, probably an ultralight highly thermally conductive material or a new type of peltier cooler that converts phonons into photons.
