Proud of our group in the weight room so far this fall! Our team averaged a gain of 15.6LBS per player in floor press, 21.9lbs in front squat and 43.9lbs in Deadlift. 3,650 lbs gained in total. Excited for our next phase in our strength and conditioning program.
