Founder Market Backward | 14-day full system install. I build full-funnel acquisition systems for high-ticket businesses. Free playbook in pinned tweet.
"Paid ads stopped working."
We're 10 days into April and we've already done $165K in revenue on $40K spend. 4.09x ROAS.
Ads work fine. Your system doesn't.
Reply "SYSTEM" and I'll send you the free guide that breaks down every piece. (Must be following)
The 9-piece acquisition system works in a specific order. Here's why it matters:
Wrong order: Build ads first → no offer → nobody converts → "ads don't work"
Right order:
1. Economics check (can the numbers work?)
2. Offer restructure (will cold traffic buy this?)
3. Financial model (what needs to hit for profitability?)
4. Funnel + landing page (conversion mechanism)
5. VSL + email sequence (nurture and sell)
6. Creative production (30+ unique ads)
7. Launch and optimize
8. Backend systems
9. Sales optimization
Skip steps 1-3 and steps 4-9 are a waste of money.

Bold claim: most businesses don't have a revenue problem.
They have a backend problem.
400 past customers sitting in a dead CRM. No nurture. No upsell. No win-back.
One client ran a win-back campaign to their dead list. $67K in 30 days. From people they thought were gone.
Your past customers are your cheapest leads.
The sprint model explained:
Phase 1 (Week 1-4): Build the machine
→ Offer restructure, landing page, VSL, email sequences, ad creative
Phase 2 (Week 5-8): Launch and optimize
→ Live ads, daily optimization, A/B testing, conversion tracking
Phase 3 (Week 9-12): Prove and compound
→ Hit target metrics, document results, build case study
$10K-$15K one-time investment. At the end: a working acquisition system.
Then the retainer conversation is easy because you've already proven the system works. No trust gap.
"We need more leads" is what people say when they don't understand their conversion math. You need better leads, not more leads. Or a better offer. Or both.
Most funnel builds fail before a single visitor arrives.
The failure happens during architecture. Wrong funnel type for the price point. Too many steps for cold traffic. A webinar sequence for an audience that won't sit through 60 minutes.
The funnel type decision takes 15 minutes. Getting it wrong costs 3 months.
I built the decision framework we use with every client before anything gets built.

Your conversion rate isn't your closer's fault. It's your marketing's fault. If you're sending unqualified leads to sales calls, even the best closer will struggle to hit 30%.
You're not selling a program. You're selling certainty.
The prospects who close fast aren't impulsive. They're just certain you can solve their problem.
Build that certainty systematically, and sales becomes easy.
If your offer takes 10 minutes to explain, it's not an offer—it's a pitch. Good offers are understood in 30 seconds. Great offers are irresistible in 10.
Your sales calls shouldn't be discovery sessions. If you're asking "what are your goals?" on the call, your setter failed. Discovery happens before the call, not during it.
Leads are a vanity metric.
I can get you 500 leads tomorrow for $2K. They'll all be trash.
What matters: Cost per QUALIFIED call. Cost per SHOW. Cost per CLOSE.
Optimize for outcomes, not volume.
The most expensive mistake in funnels isn't bad copy or ugly design.
It's building the wrong type of funnel for your price point.
A webinar funnel for a $500 product → overkill, high drop-off
A simple opt-in for a $15K service → not enough pre-selling
The architecture has to match the buyer journey. Price, audience temperature, and team size all factor in.
I built the 4-archetype decision framework we use before any build starts.

Generic pain points attract generic prospects. "Want more leads?" gets you everyone. "Tired of $400 qualified calls that ghost?" gets you the right ones. Write ads that repel 95% of people.
A contractor marketing agency was filming ads in front of wood panels with LED lights. Graphic tees. Agency vibes.
We put the founder in front of Home Depot. Hat and polo. Chevy truck in the background.
Same words. Same offer. Same funnel.
200+ booked calls at $60/call.
The camera wasn't the problem. The script was the problem. Everything else is cosmetics on a broken foundation.
I wrote 5 complete video ad scripts you can steal and adapt today.

Every business faces 3 core questions: How to get clients, How to get results, How to build systems. But the most efficient order is: Get results first, Then get clients, Then build systems. Results must come BEFORE money.
Stop trying to overcome objections.
If you're getting the same objection on every call, you have a positioning problem, not a closing problem.
"I need to think about it" = you didn't build enough certainty in discovery.
"That's too expensive" = you didn't anchor the cost of inaction.
Fix the setup. The objections disappear.
Most businesses pick their funnel based on what they saw on YouTube.
Then spend $15K-$40K building it. Then wonder why it doesn't convert.
The funnel has to match 4 variables:
→ Price point
→ Traffic temperature
→ Buyer awareness level
→ Team capacity
A $5K offer to cold traffic with a solo founder needs a call funnel. Not a challenge funnel designed for warm audiences with a team of five.
Match the architecture to the business. Not the other way around.
