சமீபத்தில் 800-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தனியார் பள்ளிகளுக்கு அங்கீகாரப் புதுப்பிப்பு சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கிய அமைச்சர் ராஜ்மோகன், "இனி சான்றிதழ் பெற ஒரு ரூபாய்கூட லஞ்சமாகக் கொடுக்கத் தேவையில்லை" என்று மேடையில் பெருமிதத்துடன் குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தார்.

ஆனால், அமைச்சரின் கூற்றுக்கு நேர்மாறாக, பள்ளி கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகள் ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளியிடமிருந்தும் அங்கீகாரத்தை புதுப்பிக்க ரூ. 25,000 முதல் ரூ. 50,000 வரை லஞ்சம் பெற்றதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது.

இந்த முறைகேட்டின் மூலம் ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக குறைந்தபட்சம் ரூ. 2 கோடி முதல் ரூ. 4 கோடி வரை லஞ்சப் பணம் கைமாறியிருக்கலாம் எனப் புகார்கள் எழுந்துள்ளன.

"ஊழலற்ற நிர்வாகம்" எனப் பெருமையாகப் பேசப்பட்டாலும், நிஜத்தில் அதிகாரிகளின் லஞ்ச வேட்டை கோடிகளில் நடந்து முடிந்துள்ளதாகக் குற்றம் சாட்டப்படுகிறது.

Your own public updates and records confirm that Kalaivani Kalvi Maiyam (KKM) in Govindaperi, Tenkasi, has been actively, dynamically operational since 2020–2023.

By April 2023, the institution already housed over 130 rural students, employed 24 teachers, and was actively building a massive 75,000 sq. ft. campus facility. (Business Standard)

In June 2024, you posted on X: "Our rural school Kalaivani Kalvi Maiyam, based on the NIOS open schooling model, is growing. We have even bigger plans for expansion!"

Tell us how a school allowed to function legally or setting a false narrative about absolute administrative roadblocks when you yourself tweeted about the growth and expansion with massive capital infrastructure expansion in 2023 and 2024.

Which is true, Mr.Vembu? Will you answer or hide behind fake rhetoric?

(BJP), shouldn't you (or wouldn't you have made this as a PR exercise if true) sought legal remedy by filing an FIR, and if the local Police is uncooperative - you had the remedy of Private Complaint and also cooperate with a Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) sting operation, or other forms of judicial intervention.

To date, you have not produced a single case number, an FIR copy, the specific names of any corrupt public servants, or any proof of a formal complaint filed through official state legal channels between 2021 and 2026.

Isn't this act of anonymous bickering on a social media lowers your stature of 'Global Tech Executive'?

And I wonder what motivates one of the richest man in Tamil Nadu to stoop so low to malign a Dravidian government with malicious, defamatory accusations without an iota of evidence or proofs.

When even an ordinary employee afraid to publicly assert Dravidian identity for fear of backlash from the manager or HR (who are mostly aryans). But the largest tech company Zoho founder ready to go to any extent to paint a Dravidian gov. in bad light for only one reason.

The statutory power to grant, process, or manage educational accreditation rests exclusively with the Central NIOS Regional Centre and Delhi HQ, not with the provincial State Board or local state political leadership. The State Government has zero domain over central open-schooling certifications.

Furthermore, if the "approvals" you reference were localized state public safety clearances such as building stability certificates under the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings (Licensing) Act, 1965 or fire safety audits - these are strictly bound by non-negotiable checklists mandated by the Supreme Court post the Avinash Mehrotra (2009) ruling to protect school children.

If an administration bypasses these rigid safety protocols to issue certificates "automatically" as a public relations concession or political favor to an influential industrialist, it directly undermines the rule of law and public safety.

You are again trying to cause confusion without clearly saying what approval you sought and what were denied. What do you mean by "normal process"? Care to share the details? It contradicts earlier claim of alleged extortion.

An application cannot simultaneously go through bureaucratic process while being completely gridlocked by illegal financial demands. Doesn't make any sense at all, other than an attempt to protect sanghified TVK.

The claim you are making about "enduring demands" in silence for years -- proves that you are simply lying with a malicious intention to mislead your followers and paint a negative impression about the previous government (Dravidian Government). As mentioned earlier, you are not some ordinary farmer or a labourer for the system to be lazy and careless. The system usually bends for people like you.

You are not only rich, highly influential figure hence need to behave with responsibility and integrity.

Why do you have to endure demands when you could have called the press and shared your agony or approached legal system. Don't you have faith in India's legal system? Are you an anti-national?
