@UPS I get I sound like a karenzilla, but you guys, I've been dealing with this for a week. And you continuously brushed me aside yesterday, after someone stole the first phone in your care, and then losing the 2nd package.

@UPS tried to deliver an empty box from @Verizon last Friday- Someone had stolen the phone. After having to go through getting it all straight with Verizon (hours on the phone) they sent another one. It was supposed to arrive today. UPS SAYS THEY DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS.

@UPS Not only did the message I got this morning lie about the hours (my husband was told to come back at 9am this morning to see if they found it) but they didn't even apologize for all the inconvenience.

@UPS Hey @UPS. Magically, you found my package this morning. I have to go pick it up bc of other people's incompetence. And get this- I have to go between 5pm and 6:15pm. Do you refund @VZWSupport since you aren't actually delivering my package and in fact lost it at some point?

@UPS was no help. They have no idea where my replacement phone is. I believe they should start looking at their employees. Someone has obviously become adapt at stealing things. Help me, @VZWSupport, you're our only hope.

@GalivanTweetss @UPS @Verizon This was a brand new phone coming directly from Verizon to replace my current phone. I haven't even seen it bc it was stolen out of the box @UPS tried to deliver to me. The box was empty.
