I ordered a PowerBank β EnergyShroom PB400 Pro Steel Blue (Order ID: 7504654, Delivered: Jan 15, 2025), but BoAt sent me a Smartwatch instead!
Good thing I took pics while unpacking...
I raised a return request on the same day of delivery (Jan 15), yet BoAt wrongfully rejected it without reason. Now, after multiple follow-ups, their support team keeps copy-pasting the same excuse, ignoring my main question:
