@emmamattress I ordered my mattress on 25 Oct with an expected delivery timescale of 1-2 weeks. I'm still yet to receive it, even though the order status shows that it had a dispatch label printed on 27 Nov. No response from customer services. Shocking.

@tapairportugal How has it taken over 6 months to analyse a flight that was delayed over 4 hours? It obviously falls within the compensation scheme... I've called you multiple times and been asked to submit multiple complaint tickets with no response. My wife is in the same situation too.
@tapairportugal Hi @tapairportugal, I've received one of these emails, but am expecting a refund for a delayed flight. My original complaint (2022-0001613808) has been open since June and second complaint (which your customer service asked me to raise) is also still unanswered (2022-0003699322)
@sarah430@Garmin@COROSGlobal I had a fenix 5 for about 3 years before one of the buttons came off. Enquired with garmin if I could get a replacement button (which I couldn't), but they did offer a refurbished replacement model. I've now had that 3 years and the battery life is as strong as ever...
