The education and dogma in medical schools desperately need a major overhaul - proper diagnostics as (a small part) of their curriculum.

Instead of understanding that relative strength, mobility, range of motion, and endurance (both cardio and muscular) are the keys.

Psychological problems will never completely go away but they will lessen to not ruin your day to day life.
