- BP < 130/80 mmHg (Telmi/Candesartan, Tadalafil, Eplerenone)
- SGLT2i (Empa/Dapagliflozin..)
- Moderate protein
- Avoid HD. NSAIDs
- Electrolyte balance ( 1:1 to 2:1 Na:K, Mg, Ca ..)

@BowTiedPhys Really helpful for panic attacks, esp night terrors. Very underrated compound for people with anxiety, OCD, panic disorder. Bipolar and manic people need to stay away from it.
@zaidkdahhaj Particularly bad if you have a lower car and the SUVs blasting laser beams into your eyes. Sad thing is we could have the upside of improved light tech (leading to less crashes) without the downsides.
@MelRoBuilds Those facebook groups are some of the most evil and demonic places I've ever encountered. Same for the comment sections in some of those chronic illness blogs and websites.

@EdLatimore consumption is fine, especially if it inspires you in some way but nowadays it's definitely overdone. The lockdowns have 10x this pattern of passive consumption even in previously more active/creative people
@ItIsHoeMath With good enough pattern recognition and some research skills it's relatively easy to connect the dots but it will get harder as the psyops and misinformation will get more prevalent and harder to detect.
