@premierinn I was; simply put several that I approached agreed that the fault had been there for so long they’d forgotten when it was first reported. “ Up to a year” was mentioned by one. I was told there were ‘technical issues’ but this cannot excuse such a lengthy fault. Please fix ASAP.
@premierinn Enjoyed your room in Leeds East last night but, just as 3 months ago, the external door from the main car park is still ‘Out of Order’, meaning customers still need to trundle or carry cases all round the outside of the hotel to the front door. Don’t you care at all?
@TUIUK I don’t really need an apology, just an acknowledgement that sending customers misleading information that causes the frustration you’ve apologised for is a bad thing, and so you’ll change the messages to your customers?
@TUIUK Just wasted 2 1/2 phone hours trying to contact you to manage a booking. You cancelled it, due to 3rd party flight changes, and told us we could manage the cancellation online which you cannot with third-party bookings. Change your recorded message!

@wightlinkferry We both know that’s not true! Having to wait for well over an hour before engineers could be brought from Portsmouth on a boat shows your contingency engineering is inadequate. There was no effort to keep the waiting passengers & vehicles informed of the delays. Poor.
@SwytchBike i’m currently fitting your universal pro kit to my tandem bike. The magnetic sensor supplied is different to the one in your instruction PDF. It has an additional hinged arm and also includes four inner pieces where there’s only room for two I think. Can you explain?
