@juleslasaslvia@lil_buts The first few years of my 30s was realizing I used to be an idiot and the following few years have been realizing I’m still an idiot
@bryan_mich7 I’m 40 in a few weeks and my dad still pays the 5 or so rounds we play a year and we have this little shtick we’ve been doing for 30 years where I act like I forgot my wallet and he says it’s coming out of my inheritance and the pro shop guy musters up a half-hearted chuckle
@shaunvlog_ I’m an American (that loves chicken fried steak) who is heading to Scotland for the first time in two weeks for a golf trip. What are some dishes or places in need to try? Staying near St Andrews but will have a couple days in Edinburgh too.
@ericlane45@Top100Rick I didn’t know you went. Was it your first time? Open to any and all tips. We are staying at the Dunvegan and currently have two days open trying to get on the Old Course. I watch hole-by-hole arial vids on YouTube every night before bed 😂 I still can’t believe we are going
@casualclubguy Astoria Golf & CC (1924) on the NW tip of OR where the Columbia meets the Pacific. One of a few non-Bandon courses in OR with ocean views. The OG greenskeeper pushed for a less traditional north-south routing often hitting down into the sand dunes. The St Andrews of the Pacific
@Top100Rick Awesome thanks for the recs! I’m so excited. I think everyone in my family is tired of hearing about my trip so I have to come on the internet and talk about it 😂
@slimvnsn My 8 yr old daughter has been doing sleepovers since about 4 and has become the kid you invite over for a first sleepover or send their kid to us for a first attempted away sleepover. It blows my mind how many kids her age still haven't done one.
@BigSwingTempo Funny enough I was just buying grips switching from mid to regular (mcc plus4) but the guy at the golf shop was saying he plays mid for woods and wedges and regular for irons.
@ajs3na@MikeyMuls 🎯 he was right before the NIL era where all those guys would jump after 1-2 years on bad advice and go undrafted or get non guaranteed second rounder deals. Those guys all stay now and are better long-term for it
@HarrisDumpstr@MikeyMuls Louis King was definitely a real player. I think they just take the per game averages for that player from that specific team in that decade. I believe he got called up on one ten day from the g league, played in like one or two games and scored a bunch of points.
