@Ihateibad @alimor999 Coca Cola still pay for the contract to license the product. The brand don’t lose out, it just eats into Coca Cola profits. Which is the point of a boycott

@Ihateibad @alimor999 Yes, if that artist is profiting from the work, and you don’t agree with that. Unfortunately that’s something doesn’t happen often in the music industry.

@Ihateibad @alimor999 People send music for promotional purposes. I also gain permission form artists or labels involved. I pay licensing where need and platforms like YouTube have licensing that collects royalties.

@Ihateibad @alimor999 And licenses are paid for that or they are sent for promotional purposes. Streaming services take there share, on platforms that support that. No profit is made?
