@UAVHive The police are too arrogant to listen. Even senior coppers refuse point-blank to abide by the regs when challenged.... and then they refuse to apologise for using intimidating behaviour before finally accepting that they made a mistake. The police are simply not fit for purpose.
@NickDrye@UK_CAA I have emailed the CAA with a request why they broke their own guidelines on increases which should of been 1.7% MAX Not 266% increase @UK_CAA@grantshapps this is a totally unfair price hike and unjustified in the current climate as well.
@UAVHive Drones just aren't that fast, this guy clearly believes his own BS and sells it in a sarcastic and patronising manner.
Outrageously unprofessional.
It would be interesting to know how the sightings were recorded and how those sightings were mapped.
TV networks and newspapers could potentially get some good clickbait video with drones this weekend if people break the self isolation due to the sunshine.
If anyone needs a legal PfCO drone pilot feel free to tag us for a reTweet.

Drone pilots only need in which #DJI and others are doing. It's GA that's operating in the dark ages! Although to be fair many glider, hang glider and paragliding folks are equipped with electronic conspicuity that is UTM compliant.
@iSkyDrones@UK_CAA Probably the same chaps that keep flying over Garforth too.
Far too low & loud, maybe its time to use a paramotor instead of a drone!
@quentynblog@UAVHive @CheshPoliceUAS @LSidekick@lincsCOPter@ikopta@altitudeangel I expect that both Altitude Angel and DJI are more than capable of doing exactly that but I don't think either would want to spend those resources on something that will become redundant so soon.
Recent feedback from our ARV team..."A person who had been missing for 36 hours was reportedly seen in fields near *** but there was a vast area of ground within the 2 mile radius given. We began the search with the Parrot and spotted the misper within seconds" THANK YOU PARROT!
This story is worthy of sharing far and wide.
Indication that no drone has ever flown close to an aircraft revealed by the UK Airprox Board https://t.co/m8iCTAxBU2 via @suasnews
The @NodeEurope campaign to highlight concerns over sub 251g including tiny toy drones needing ATC permission to fly at up to 5km away from an airport now has over 1000 signatures.
Keep those signatures coming.

@theJeremyVine@UAVHive Last year there was at least a plastic bag floating around when people stupidly cried "DRONE"; this year it seems that the plastic bag is no longer necessary!
