UPDATE: Leonard’s been found, alive and well, by a local lady who recognised him from the fliers/posts. Thanks to everyone who helped by sharing etc, and thanks also to all the dumb trolls who responded with abuse/mockery… for giving us a good laugh.
Did you watch Dirty Business? I can't believe how much water companies have gotten away with. They're putting profit before public health - it’s a scandal and the Government MUST take action! https://t.co/GCsNJofuvc via @38degrees
@MalikAlyza Yes! Cats are fiercely loyal & are very attentive when they realize someone may feel sad or lonely!! They really do make excellent companions as well!!!
🐈🐈⬛🐈🐈⬛🐾🐾😊
@MalikAlyza I used to take my retriever to a place my Mum ran as a RGN Senior with 40 years in geriatrics and respiratory! She said the week following was bliss because of smiles and ooh's! 😊 The cats should be house trained 1st! BUT YES! 😉
@MalikAlyza 🇨🇦well this senior feline fan up north believes so, as I've adopted many felines in my life that have way outpast their '9-lives' EH? so, yes, offers companionship, super clean, and with good, better, best KITTY-KAT-KARE, simply the best! Peace and Love!💟☮️👋
@MalikAlyza Yes. When I worked in the NHS I was a shop steward the Union office was a unit on stilts a feral kitten used to hide under it we persuaded it to come in to the little back https://t.co/rKOanNnszX knew if menbers who had work or home problems. Did have an official food allowance
@MalikAlyza Senior citizens are the perfect companion for cats. They sit quietly, which attracts cats to their laps. Cats aren’t noisy or rambunctious, which is better for senior people. I think it would make a world of difference in the lives of both the people and the cats.
@MalikAlyza One of the two cats at my brother's care home. They are adored by the residents - many of whom had pets when they lived independently. The residents say the presence of the cats makes the facility feel less "sterile" and more welcoming.
@MalikAlyza Yes, when my grandfather was in a care home many years ago in Aylesbury, the care home had a residential very large black cat. This cat would always wander around to the residents delight and usually sit on someone’s lap and get lots of fuss, it had a very loud purr.
