@JetBlue, my flight was canceled due to an equipment failure. The rebooking process was rough but we got it done. Trying to get meal vouchers has been a nightmare though, bout Checkin and Gate crew state I have to contact support, support says I have to talk to airport crew…
@JetBlue As I mentioned, ground crew told me I needed to call in or chat… both the checkin crew and gate crew, thus the disconnect between your teams. Frustrating.
Honestly, so frustrated with @TweetWorcester, departments can't respond to a simple email in a reasonable amount of time, and now they can't even keep their election night live stream running...
