So @axainsurance 2. Now the policy is £30 more. The irony is that you then tell me if I don’t take a policy with you you will telephone me next year to try and secure my custom. So you call to get business but don’t call existing customers to keep their policy going. Poor poor!
So @axainsurance. My business insurance renewal comes in but my card needs updating. I click your link to update but it doesn’t work. You then cancel my policy without the courtesy of calling me . I call to provide card details but you say you have to requote as policy cancelled

@British_Airways Simply unable to book a holiday with you. Crashes at payment stage each time. Each call I make leads to you cutting me off as either you are not open (10am - really?) or saying you are too busy and cutting me off. It really shouldn't be this difficult...
