What started as a broken milk jug handle for my coffee machine has morphed into the most wasteful and unsustainable replacement. @ninjakitchen / @ninjakitchencanada has requested that I cut the cable on a coffee machine only a few months old and they will ship me a whole new one.

@NinjaKitchen I have been in touch with them, totally pointless. As with this entire replacement debacle, I have to now contact Purolator and deal with this myself. Ninja should focus on developing their customer service, supply chain and inventory management and take a break on kitchen stuff

@NinjaKitchen @NinjaKitchen once again, just lacking hard in process. I got my email notification that my new coffee machine was being shipped, but to the wrong address. Another great example and poor customer service and process checks.

@NinjaKitchen What a terrible waste and very poor stewardship and sustainability displayed by @NinjaKitchen . Better supply chain and inventory management should be developed to avoid wasting so much energy.

@SharkNinja Talk about wasteful and unsustainable! Is it my problem your company doesn't have replacement parts ? No. I would then need to cut the cord and send photos and wait for a new one to arrive. 7+ business days, so I would need to go out a get coffee until the new one arrives.

@SharkNinja That's not possible as your inbox is currently closed. Basically the milk jug handle on my lux cafe pro is broken, rather than send me a new one cause they are out of stock, they want me to cut the power cord and dump it in the garbage when a whole new unit arrives.

@TheRealKeean I also lived literally across the street from Cowboys when it was on the corner of 12th. My windows would shake and vibrate all night. I didn't complain because I chose to move there. The folks in the neighborhood where it moved did not

@Melanie54333723 @CoryBMorgan Again, another excellent comment. 25,000 people in that ward certainly do not buy tickets to Cowboys Tent, Badlands, etc. I think you are having trouble separating Stampede and the music tents that ride the 10 days coat tails.
