I'm 37 and I've already learned the hard way that nobody is coming to save you, nobody is keeping score, and the life you're waiting for permission to start is the one that's already passing you by while you stand at the door deciding whether you're ready https://t.co/gS1GkC7HG9
@Rainmaker1973 Thanks for this post I got introduced to the Rhind papyrus about 35 years ago at college. Now that I have retired from being a high school maths teacher I now have time to research it well. I am off to Egypt in 2027 to witness the solar eclipse and to admire their new museum.
@AfricanHub_ This is one of the greatest ideas to come out of Africa for Africans. It can be used as a bargaining chip for a lot of the inequalities between Europe and Africa. Football is universal. I believe it will happen if there is the will.
@footballtweet Thanks for your report. However the lack of oxygen due to the size of the plane seems like the wrong reason . It doesn't make sense. Please find out the real reason.
@tonkolili@HortonNoel Great post gentlemen and a fantastic analysis for the future. However tourism can grow on a local level. The seaside villagers need to protect their beaches. I would rather it did, industrial tourism is vulgar and exploitative.
@charlie16434869@naijama@BBCAfrica Think positively please. Just as those girls did. Let's start being optimistic about Africa. Good things can happen.
If children only sharpen their brains at school, there’s no guarantee they won’t go on to make trouble. To balance their keen brains, they need a warm heart. The more compassionate they learn to be, the more useful members of society they’re likely to become.
The world legend is probably used too often. Dick Fosbury was a true LEGEND! He changed an entire event forever with a technique that looked crazy at the time but the result made it the standard.
I've always suspected that an advanced alien civilisation with the technology to travel at close to light speed across interstellar distances would arrive in Earth orbit unobserved and proceed to dispatch a fleet of small, easily detectable balloons into our atmosphere.
