@AbsolumGame was such a standout for me last year. Just discovered that @Mick_Gordon did an absolute banger of a track for one of my favourite bosses.
Absolutely worth listening to and absolutely worth grabbing the game if you haven't https://t.co/69p0uZAuDH
@NeverSinkDev For me it's about respecting time. It feels a lot of content is really unrewarding and so it's limiting my enjoyment and choices. That choice gives a lot more longevity. At the moment it feels like t16, lockboxes and that's it?
@dieworkwear There's another thing to consider though, percentages of other things have dramatically changed. Rent, now is generally close to 50% of take home, I don't think you can look at this in a vacuum.
@NeverSinkDev I think there will be a big issue balancing it so it doesn't become mandatory. I appreciate that things like Ascendancies are the same, but the investment is so much lower compared to mercenaries.
Balancing around that, forever, requires so much more thought.
@akothari There's big decisions to be made in the coming years, AI generated content being consumed by AI to feed more AI.
I did think with Notion Agents, it's a similar challenge. AI creating content for other AI, where do we come in? How do you make that decision?
@NeverSinkDev I know exactly where and what you mean. I think much like the Souls series there's a push to higher difficulty through bosses, enemies and environment combined.
To make it worse, there are harder scenarios later on...
@JoshStrifeHayes Mass Effect 1 was almost the perfect space opera RPG. I'd happily play it again now over ME2/3.
Should have stopped there and done something different rather than sequels.
