After they removed them, the captain got on and explained that one of the three didn't have a ticket, wasn't supposed to be on the plane, and somehow snuck aboard. We were told the stewardess overheard this individual talking to the other two about it.

They eventually made us all deplane and did a full investigation of the plane with dogs. They took the one individual away in handcuffs and released the other two.

I heard absolutely no discussion of an attempted hijack. I can also confirm that the individual was not detained on the flight. In fact, when we were taxiing to the gate, right before we reached it, that same individual who was eventually carried away in handcuffs walked all the way to the front of the plane while it was moving to try to use the restroom. At the time, none of us knew what was going on, or who that individual was, or that he was even related to the issue.”

I wish I could live so simply, but i don’t get to leave the house as much as I’d need to do all my shopping. I travel and cards get declined at the hotel because they think that’s unusual activity. When it’s required to use a cc at a hotel and expected to be where one would stay when out of town. Now I have to make phone calls to let banks know where I will be? This is due to fraudsters.

Or when I try to make two transactions close to each other, this is an @costco gripe where I can order certain items on their website but others go and get routed through @instacart well that’s two separate transactions and the Costco credit card denies the second transaction as fraud automatically when it’s THEIR process!

SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios.

The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.

Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.

Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior.
