Our colleague @SpireJim is an idea, not just a moment. So those trying to silence him, like @kiuvarsity, are mistaken if they think they can do so through the hugely discredited @JudiciaryUG.

My former workplace, @chapterfourug, was the first to recognize his trailblazing work, and others followed therefrom. I am sure @kiuvarsity is spitting against the wind in trying to silence him through an unlawful judicial process.

Firstly, let's rally around him to push back against the @JudiciaryUG’s attempt to silence him. Join & @AgoraCFR and @AAgather’s push to contribute towards the court fine, as a mechanism for insurance. But more importantly, push back against the illegal and illegitimate orders against him.

The court order is manifestly an overreach of judicial powers by a registrar of the court not clothed with such legal powers. We should push back aggressively and firmly.

Oh, please challenge my claim. Subject it to the strictest of scrutiny. That is what a public discourse demands.

But in doing so. acknowledge your position of privilege and self-preserving podium (or so it appears to those on the outside).

Also appreciate the wider apprehension (and Persian lecoeirnce) of the co-opted judicial process, or the sense of it that common users of the system feel.

@TonyNatif @Ogogeo I hope the public exposure of his dubious, calculating, and self-serving ways is now clear to the public. I have my hands full with other issues, and I am sure an educated/enlightened public can take him on for his nefarious and self-profiting deals. He is no saint after all.

Does it give the business a carte blanche to fleece the public simply on account of the value of their business or investment? @kiuvarsity has had numerous customer complaints. Should the complaints be silenced by a dubious court process, or are we within our rights to ask them to respond in good faith?

A system that stacks the deck against common sense and common law militates against due process. An appeal to such a system is a forlorn attempt. Resisting it becomes a duty, an existential necessity, Hon Minister.

You are on the other bank of the river of repression. I doubt you can associate with our concerns. If you can recognize your bubble and privileges, you can then appreciate the concerns of the downtrodden.

Do not be tone deaf. Just a while ago, before your plush appointment, you had as much sense of the common people’s struggle.
