Signal problems, engine problems, mechanical failure..Along with extremely rude employees. Another delayed trip from @Metra that's 2x today

[Nicky Beisbol @NickyBeisbol]

@Metra @escarole do you not prepare for winter? Does this suffice for your employees acting like they are drill seargents?Very inconvenient

[Metra @Metra]

@escarole @NickyBeisbol The temperature is extreme with current readings of 1 degree and wind chills of -13 degrees.

[Nicky Beisbol @NickyBeisbol]

@escarole @Metra took the words and thoughts out of my mouth. And the employees get mad my mobile app isn't launched. No respect.

[Nicky Beisbol @NickyBeisbol]

@Metra RI line once again makes me late to work. 3rd day in a row. And you are raising fares? You should reimburse. #Inconvenient #Furious

[Nicky Beisbol @NickyBeisbol]

@Metra thanks for the reply. Should I assume the weather is why your employees on the RI line are extremely rude everyday? #TrainYourStaff

[Metra @Metra]

@NickyBeisbol Extreme weather can cause unpredictable and unavoidable issues on our system.

[Nicky Beisbol @NickyBeisbol]

@Metra I don't know what's worse the conductors attitudes or the fact the RI makes me and others late to work weekly. #Metra #Awful #Drive
