Positive thoughts… when I was in similar boat we had a good group living in because of the commute… had a fab social life and work was all the better for good relationships across specialities.

@thefourthcraw Great replies so far…. I wanna pinch the whole thread for an ES CpD session. But my top tip which I berate myself when I don’t follow … is get the diary out and book your meetings in at start of year…. You can always move them… but having them there is key. 😊enjoy
21/ Clinicians are already busy dealing with unprecented pressures, & really shouldn't be dealing with this complex & unfair tax. Do the right thing @RishiSunak@sajidjavid & talk to @BMA_Pensions about a tax unregistered scheme like judges

I'm a doctor. Current NHS pension taxation rules are unfairly hitting senior doctors hard with many forced to retire early/reduce hours. This crisis cant go on.
