Go minimalist to make it realistic.
1) Build 10 UNITS of plain large warehouses for the workshops (200 people capacity each).
2) Furnish with state of the art machines and tools.
3) Build HOSTELs, CAFETERIA, HOAPITAL and SPORTS CENTRE Cluster.
4) Build a small independent power plant (IPP)...50 Mega Watts.

5) This architecture is too inappropriate and counterproductive to the letter and spirit of the apprenticeship programme.
6) Gross misallocation of funds for effizzy and fanfare.

7) It looks too elitist, wasteful and not fit for purpose.
8) Cost of maintenance alone would be UNSUSTAINABLE!
