⦿ They're trying to acquire European Lithium (a company that owns a small slice of the Tanbreez project).

⦿ The original deal set a fixed number of CRML shares to be issued for that acquisition, no matter what CRML's stock price did

⦿ The new terms form a "sliding scale"
- # of shares issued now moves with their stock price with a floor and ceiling built in ($8 and $16)
- Note the range here is above current price
⭐️ They are motivated to move the price up so they can issue LESS shares for the acquisition
- In plain terms: if CRML's stock is low, the deal caps how many extra shares get printed; if it's high, it also caps the giveaway going the other direction.

IMO, this has a very good chance of a mean reversion to $11 or more

@stevehill1mil Buy the next big dip, which will be after it reaches over £1000. I bet it will go back down to high 800s/early 900s but will go straight back up afterwards. This is one stock I have absolute conviction in.
