Things I’ve been able to do since getting help with depression related symptoms:
Workout consistently
Eat food that actually makes me feel good
Communicate constructively with my husband
Navigate bad days constructively
Identify feelings and talk about them

About a month ago I made the grown up determination that my mental health needed some medical assistance. I surrendered my ego and asked my Dr to intervene.
It’s still early, but this last month has been the most balanced month I’ve had in a LONG time.
