My current lifemaxxing stack:

- Wake up at 4:45am. At desk working by 5am
- 4-6 hours of uninterrupted deep work before my first call
- Don't eat until 12pm
- Paper, pencil, notebook, to-do list. Scratch off tasks as they're completed. Fuck Notion.
- Sweet spot of 3 hours of calls per day (no calls = lonely, too many = drained)
- 3 needle moving tasks for the business completed every day.
- 1 hour walk in the sun listening to a podcast midday
- Afrobeats and Zyn for 2 deep work blocks
- 1 hour lift or a 7-8 mile run every day
- Electrolyte drink twice a day
- 1 coffee in the morning, energy drink midday
- 15-20 min of TikTok doomscrolling at the absolute end of the day 7pm or later
- Read fiction on Kindle for 20-30 min before bed
- In bed by 8pm. Asleep by 8:30pm
- Travel to a new city at least once a month
- Go out and drink with the boys at least once a week
- Dinner out at least once a week
- Minimum 2 networking calls or meetups per week with other agency owners

You need to learn early that money isn’t everything

I’ve seen guys clearing millions per month who are miserable and stressed out all of the time

I’ve seen guys clearing $20-30k/month with a small team, not many problems who work 3-4 hours a day and for the rest of it they spend time with family, play golf and travel

$20-30k/month is all you really need too to have a nice car, nice apartment, to not worry about how much most things cost and to also have enough to put into investments to make sure you’re secure

Everything above that doesn’t add as much to your quality of life but can add a lot more stress

You need to be asking yourself is that worth it

No point making money just to make money - it never ends

I remember back in 2021, I probably knew 4-5 guys from Toronto who were making a decent amount of money.

Fast forward to 2026, I probably know 30-plus, all ripping it, all doing it the right way, and all living a relatively similar life to mine.

6-8 months in Canada (the good six months: summer, etc.), and the rest of the time traveling the world: Middle East, Europe, the U.S., etc.

Things really do feel a lot better when you stay in the same city that you grew up in.
