Why I Moved to Dubai as an AI Engineer and Business Owner

Almost 1 year ago I took the biggest step in my life and moved to Dubai 🇦🇪🐪 I have made a video on my YouTube channel talking about all my thoughts and considerations before moving. Over what period does the average house double? And compare that to just putting the 20% in QQQ and rent in the same time period. Imo only own if you don’t want to invest for some stupid reason or you just want to “own” your own home and pay for that which i think is very valid for most people
