What happened to me is bigger than one artist or one stage. When the billionaire class can decide which voices are allowed on stage and which ones are too dangerous to hear, everyone should be paying attention.
So we're going on tour. All proceeds will benefit organizations supporting the Palestinian people and movement.

@UIFBenefits I have a problem. I never received my UIF payment. I called last week and they told me if I’m not paid by yesterday to call back, which I did today. They’ve escalated and told me to wait up to 14 days for feedback. Unacceptable. My Ref : C-20260127-002714
@vangi_zuko@HomeAffairsSA I’m having an issue with it now. Been going on for almost a week. I’ve called the hotline and they escalated it. Hope they sort it out for me. It’s really frustrating.
@MTNza assistance required. I’ve not received calls and SMS’s since July 2025. Been in store, did a sim swop, it didnt work. I contacted the call centre thrice and all 3 agents took me through the same process. Issue not resolved. I’m livid. I’m paying for a service I cant use!
@TelkomZA can someone please contact me urgently. My reference number is 86076787. I need my services to be reinstated today already! How do you suspend a service with a zero balance? And no I can’t wait 5 business days for a callback when a long weekend is looming.
Ever wondered why for over 45 years, Cape Town has an unfinished freeway as you enter the city?🌉🏗️
The unfinished Foreshore Freeway Bridge in Cape Town has been standing incomplete since 1977. Conversations for the bridge being built in the first place began in the 1940’s in order to prepare for a potential traffic boom. Construction started in the 1970’s and ended in 1977.
While there are plenty of rumours as to why the bridge was never complete, such as the shopkeeper who would not sell his shop to make way for the flyover, the truth behind the real reason for not being built is much more boring. The project ran out of funds and the freeway was no longer a priority. To date, The City of Cape Town has no active plans to finish the freeway.
Fun fact: the unfinished bridge has featured in plenty of TV adverts and shows. The most iconic shows to feature the bridge are Black Mirror and Fear Factor.
@CityofCT can you please advise why the following service requests were closed? Ref: 9114581391, 9114581528, 9114581486. The lights are still off! How is the City working for us if people must stand in the dark waiting for public transport and still deal with loadshedding as well
@CityofCT Hi there. Me again. Will there ever be feedback?! The lights are still out. This morning was loadshedding, when the power restored it was still OFF!! How safe can that be for people who uses public transport!?
