With modern houses the damage to plasterboard, insulation, electrics, floors and furniture costs a fortune.

@agilepredict Take a look at France to see how it should be done. Nuclear runs continuously at minimum daily demand. Daily peaks are supplied from hydro. Wind and solar seems to be sold to others when it’s available.
