@CommunistView@KirstieMAllsopp China’s first high speed Maglev train opened in 2004, using commercial German technology, based on a British idea. It covers all of 19 miles, and the current top 300 km/h top speed is lower than some conventional lines. 22 years later, it remains China’s only high speed maglev.
